The InterConnect Program is an informal claims resolution process put into place to expedite the handling and closing of claims outside of a formal dispute resolution process. The program allows our adjusters to visit your injured workers onsite and work directly with them to handle and resolve their claim issues. These meetings allow the adjuster and the injured worker to discuss workers’ compensation benefits, any questions or concerns the injured worker may have about his or her claim, and how best to resolve the claim.
Through these pro-active efforts, Intercare adjusters are able to enhance communication with injured workers, reduce the number of “problem cases,” lower litigation rates, close claims faster, and minimize financial exposure for our clients.
