You should be commended on your customer service. At the slightest hint of a problem or question, your staff is right there to amend or correct the problem or answer a question.

We were fortunate enough not to have to change adjusters, as my adjusters and company moved, at the same time, to Intercare. During the time we have worked with Intercare, the company has provided outstanding service in the areas of general workers’ compensation claims administration. This opinion is based on our own claims oversight reviews as well as formal assessments performed annually by an independent claims auditor. In addition, AD-COMP receives regular reports concerning the progress in medical bill review, utilization review, nurse case management, coordination and implementation of medical provider networks, return-to- work coordination, and other cost containment areas.
