We were fortunate enough not to have to change adjusters, as my adjusters and company moved, at the same time, to Intercare. The care and concern Intercare showed in helping us make the move, and keeping me informed throughout the move, was impressive. Since then, their main concern is that the client is happy and informed, which is impressive, as that was not the case with our prior TPA. Our relationship is like an extension of “family”. We have daily interaction with our claims staff at Intercare, and are kept well informed of the status of our claims. My staff is happy, my adjusters are happy, and that makes me happy. |
