Kathleen is the Senior Vice President and manages the Bellevue operation. She has over 26 years of claims management experience with the last 19 focused in professional liability claims management and administration including physician programs, hospital liability, dental programs, E&O and D&O.

Kathleen was most recently with Cambridge Integrated Services and, aside from her management duties in Bellevue and other offices, was the Director of Field Operations. She managed nurse investigators on a nationwide basis. Prior to Cambridge, Kathleen worked for OUM/Affinity Insurance Services who were program managers on healthcare professional liability programs. She started her career at Aetna Casualty and Surety in 1982. She has a degree from Pepperdine University.
