Kevin is the driving force leading Intercare’s marketing concepts. A young veteran, familiar with industry negotiations and ally of the leading insurance innovators, Kevin has forged a team of proven performers to assure Intercare’s success.

Kevin’s career has shown a consistent pattern of fast track success. After completing his undergraduate studies at Seattle Pacific University in 1985, his professional career began in Seattle as a Sales Representative for Bankers United/Life Investors Insurance Company. Within eight months, he was promoted to Branch Sales Manager. Five months later, he was promoted again and transferred to manage the company’s Denver region, bringing that office from a ranking of 32nd to the rank of 3rd in production within a span of only nine months.

California Hospitals Affiliated Insurance Services (CHAIS) recruited Mr. Hamm in May 1989, to develop a sales and marketing campaign for CHAIS Workers’ Compensation. As a result of his direct marketing effort, premiums increased from $4.5 million to over $50 million annually. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing he accepted an award from the “Sacramento Bee” honoring CHAIS as one of Northern California’s “25 Fast Track Companies.”

In May 1994, Kevin became the Founder, President and C.E.O. of Intercare Insurance Services in Sacramento, California. Intercare has since written in excess of $84 million in annual premium volume making Intercare one of Northern California’s fastest growing agencies and the 5th largest in the Sacramento and Northern California region. Kevin’s unique approach to the insurance industry and his ability to create innovative solutions has made his new agency the envy of the marketplace.
