Mac joined Intercare Holdings, Inc. in January of 2006 as a member of the Board of Directors of Intercare Holdings, Inc. On April 1, 2007, Mac was elected to be Chief Executive Officer of Intercare. During the course of his career, Mac has been actively involved in the healthcare services and insurance brokerage industries.

Prior to his involvement with Intercare, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Board member of Inphynet Medical Management, Inc. from 1983 through 1997. Inphynet was a publicly traded physician practice management company providing hospital based physician practice management services and managing and treating the healthcare needs of assigned patients or enrollees on a global risk basis for insurance companies and governmental entities.

From August 1997 through July 2003, Mac served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Galtney Group. The Company had two primary operating divisions: a property and casualty insurance brokerage company selling professional liability insurance and other insurance lines primarily to medical professional groups and individuals and, two, a professional liability insurance claims and litigation management company. From December of 2003 through March 31, 2007, Mac served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Senior Home Care, Inc., a Florida home health agency focusing exclusively on the provision of services to Medicare beneficiaries.

Mac holds B.A, Masters in International Business, and J.D. degrees. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
