Charu has very recently joined the company, bringing with her 12 years of progressive financial management experience. She has an extensive background in the insurance industry.

In her previous roles her responsibilities have included financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, development of staff, creation and implementation of policies and procedures, designing functional reporting packets utilized by operations as well as managing the normal day to day operations critical to an accounting and finance department.

Charu graduated from the University of Houston in 1995 with a B.B.A. in Accounting. She is also a licensed CPA.
