Bruce was hired by Intercare Insurance Services as Vice President of Claims Operations in July of 2007. As such, he oversees the managers of the Workers’ Compensation offices, and monitors the quality of the claims services provided by those offices. In addition, he is works with clients on issues relating to their Workers’ Compensation programs.

Bruce began his Workers’ Compensation career in 1976. Since then, he has worked exclusively for Third Party Administrators. He has overseen the implementation and management of insured and self-insured programs on both a national and local level. He has worked closely with private and governmental auditors to insure that services provided meet governmental standards and industry “best practices”. In addition to managing claims operations, he has been instrumental in opening several regional claims offices.

Bruce is a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a degree in Finance and has utilized this background to assist clients in evaluating the financial aspects and the results of their Workers’ Compensation program.

Bruce is also certified by the State of California as a Self-Insured Administrator.
