Agnes joined Intercare In November 2005 as Chief Operations Officer. She is a graduate of Divine World College in the Philippines and is certified in WCCA, SIP and WCCP. She has a distinguished record of success and achievement of over twenty-five years in the Insurance Industry. Her operational experience includes Workers' Compensation, Personal Disability, General Liability and USL&H Claims experience. She has exceptional organizational skills, proven adaptability and leadership ability over a broad range of assignments.

As Intercare Insurance Services’ Chief Operations Officer, Agnes is responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with State Regulations and carrier/client guidelines. Responsibilities include includes but not limited to special project management that have an impact on the overall operation of the organization, analyzing and establishing work processes to ensure delivery of an excellent work product.

She has held various leadership positions in both medium-sized and large national third party administrators. Most recently, she was a Senior Vice President for the Western Region of a large national TPA. Her leadership role includes managing a region of over 500 employees that included adjusters and nurses with a combined pending of 55,000 WC, AL/GL and USL&H claims, closing ratio averaging 116%.
