Intercare Insurance Services has established a dedicated subrogation/recovery unit in Rosemont, Illinois. The unit has the proven expertise in the handling of complex liability claims and draws on this experience to facilitate recoveries. This service is offered to clients for the recovery of loss and expense payments on claims such as property, automobile, trucking, workers compensation, and medical benefits.

Philosophy

Subrogation and recovery services put the claim handler in the role of the claimant in pursuing a claim. Intercare provides a specialized and centralized unit comprised of individuals selected and trained to handle these claims with the proper approach.

While files can be reviewed on an individual basis, we also can perform audits of books of claims in order to assess the recovery prospects. After an audit, a full report, analyzing the situation, is provided.
