Intercare provides an in-house Special Investigative Unit that satisfies the mandated requirement for fraud investigations. The Unit is responsible for directing the investigations on all fraud related matters, filing the State required FD-1 form and preparing the file for submission to the appropriate District Attorney for prosecution.
